Gil Michlin

Gil Michlin has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Gil currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Gainsight since April 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions within Gainsight as the Group Vice President of Engineering from April 2021 to April 2022, and the VP of Engineering for Gainsight PX from October 2018 to April 2021.

Before joining Gainsight, Gil Michlin worked at Aptrinsic as the VP of Engineering from October 2016 to October 2018. Gil was then acquired by Gainsight.

Gil Michlin gained valuable experience at Marketo as the Director of Engineering - Analytics from September 2015 to October 2016.

Their earlier roles include working as a Principal Software Engineer - Analytics at KIXEYE from April 2014 to September 2015, and as the Director of Engineering at The Collective from August 2012 to March 2014.

Gil has a background in R&D and infrastructure with roles at Metacafe, where they served as the R&D Manager from August 2011 to August 2012, Infrastructure Team Leader and Software Architect from February 2010 to September 2011, and Senior Infrastructure Software Engineer from April 2009 to February 2010.

Furthermore, Gil Michlin co-founded PredictioNet and held the position of VP R&D from January 2008 to March 2009.

Additionally, they have experience as a Network Architect & CPE DEV Manager at Rotal from August 2003 to December 2007, and as a Technical Support Supervisor at Bezeq International from January 1999 to July 2003.

Gil Michlin started their education in 1990 at Handasaim, where they pursued a degree but the specific degree name and field of study are unknown. Gil then attended Tel-Aviv University from 1998 to 1999, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Finally, from 2001 to 2005, Gil attended The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science.
