Hugo Caldas

Hugo Caldas has a diverse work experience in customer success, customer support, and web design. Hugo most recently worked at Gainsight as a Customer Success Engineer, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at inSided by Gainsight from September 2022 to February 2023. Before entering the customer success field, Hugo worked at Foleon as a Customer Support Specialist, where they played a role in content creation and customer engagement. Hugo also has experience as a Web Designer at DATALIDER where they built websites using WordPress and WooCommerce, and at Goweb Agency. Earlier in their career, Hugo worked as a Customer Service and Sales Agent at NOS SGPS.

Hugo Caldas attended ISTEC from 2017 to 2019, where they completed a CTeSP degree in Multimedia. In October 2021, they obtained a certification in PHP+MySQL from the institution Pitadáurea.
