Karol Bajko

Karol Bajko has extensive work experience as a software engineer and developer. Karol currently works as a Software Engineer III at Gainsight, starting in July 2023. Before that, they worked at Northpass as a Senior Software Engineer from March 2020 to July 2023, and as a Ruby Developer from July 2019 to March 2020. Prior to Northpass, Karol worked as a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer at Software Brothers from January 2016 to June 2019. Karol also co-founded and worked as a software developer at Grupa Red Panda Sp. z o.o. from September 2013 to June 2019, where they were responsible for developing and supporting internal applications. Earlier in their career, Karol worked as a Software Developer at iConsulting.pl from July 2011 to March 2015, and as a Ruby on Rails Developer at Arkency from October 2009 to March 2010.

Karol Bajko completed their education in computer science with a Master of Science (MS) degree from the University of Wroclaw. Karol attended this institution from 2006 to 2012. In addition, they pursued further studies in computer science at the Universität des Saarlandes from 2010 to 2011. Karol Bajko also obtained a certification in Advanced programming in PostgreSQL in February 2013 from Database Consulting (dataconsulting.pl).
