Lior Harel

Lior Harel currently serves as the VP of Engineering, AI at Gainsight since August 2024. Previously, Lior co-founded Staircase AI, where responsibilities included developing real-time analysis of customer interactions across various platforms. Lior held the position of CTO at StuffThatWorks, leading R&D efforts to create a crowdsourced treatment effectiveness database. Additional roles include Chief Architect at hibob and Kenshoo, where Lior focused on technological architecture and improving collaboration. Earlier career experiences include team leadership in HP Software and circuit development at Saifun Semiconductors, alongside web development at Shopping.com. Lior holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
