Maria Rithika is currently a Customer Enablement Consultant at Gainsight since October 2022. Previously, Maria worked as an Executive Assistant/PMO in Operations for Product Management at Hexagon Capability Center India from April 2022 to October 2022, and as a Tax Consultant I in Production Control at Deloitte India from October 2020 to December 2021. Earlier roles include Tax Intern at Deloitte India and Customer Service Associate at Amazon Development Centre, where Maria gained experience in customer communication. Maria holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from St. Joseph's Degree & PG College and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance, Management, and Commerce from the Indian Institute of Management and Commerce, Hyderabad. Educational background also includes intermediate studies in Mathematics, Economics, and Commerce, as well as high school education at Earthinators Climate School.
