Meenakshi Chhillar

Meenakshi Chhillar has a strong background in HR and People Shared Services. Meenakshi currently serves as the Head of India HR at Gainsight since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr Director Global Shared Services from February 2022. Meenakshi also worked as a Director Global Shared Services from February 2021 to January 2022, and as a Sr. Manager Global Shared Services from November 2019 to February 2021, all at Gainsight.

Before joining Gainsight, Meenakshi worked at Publicis Sapient as a Manager People Shared Services and Talent Management. Meenakshi served as Manager Talent Management Service from November 2017 to May 2019 in Gurgaon, India. In this role, they supported talent management operations and handled various responsibilities related to global reward and recognition, soft benefits, leadership development programs, and HR project management. Meenakshi also worked as Manager Global People Shared Services from August 2016 to October 2017 in Minnesota, United States. In this role, they led the HR operations team for the North America region, covering various HR services including onboarding, background check, compliance, leave of absence, and M&A integration.

Meenakshi's career in HR started at Sapient, where they worked as a Sr. Associate People Shared Services from October 2011 to August 2016. Prior to that, they served as an Associate Business Intelligence from February 2007 to September 2011, where they were responsible for HR metrics reporting and analysis, as well as creating attrition reports.

Their first HR role was as an HR Executive at Vedam InfoTech Pvt Ltd from January 2006 to January 2007.

Meenakshi Chhillar pursued their undergraduate education from 2002 to 2004 at Maharshi Dayanand University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application (BCA). Later, they enrolled in the same university for their Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) and specialized in Human Resources Management and Services. Meenakshi completed their MBA program from 2004 to 2006.
