Navin Udiaver

Navin Udiaver started their career as a Software Implementation Specialist at Cox Automotive Inc. in 2016. Navin worked with over 40,000 clients across five continents, representing brands such as Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book, Dealer.com, Manheim, vAuto, and Xtime. Navin then took on the role of a Professional Services Consultant at HireVue in 2019, where they used the Hiring Intelligence platform to transform how companies discover, hire, and develop talent. In 2021, Navin joined Showpad as a Professional Services Consultant, where they played a key role in providing revenue enablement technology to customers in more than 50 countries. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Solutions Architect at Gainsight, an innovative company driving the future of customer success through their powerful set of solutions focused on product experience, revenue optimization, customer experience, and customer data.

Navin Udiaver holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications from Gainsight. These certifications include the Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1), Gainsight NXT Journey Orchestrator & Surveys Certificate (Level 2), and Gainsight NXT Reports & Dashboards Certificate (Level 2). These certifications were obtained in 2023, with the Associate Administrator Certificate obtained in June, and the other two obtained in April and February, respectively.
