Ori Entis

Ori Entis currently serves as EVP & GM at Gainsight, overseeing the Staircase AI and Gainsight-Customer-Success product lines since August 2024. Prior to this role, Ori was Senior Vice President of Product, CS & AI following Staircase's acquisition by Gainsight. In addition, Ori is an Advisory Board Member at the University of California, Riverside, and co-founded Staircase AI, serving as CEO from 2020 until its acquisition. Previous experience includes a tenure at Kenshoo as SVP, Global Head of Client Success, leading a team of over 150 across five continents, and roles in product management and engineering at various companies including the Government of Israel and Silverback Systems. Ori holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
