Susanne K. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in customer success, marketing, and design. Susanne currently works as a Digital Customer Experience Designer at Gainsight since May 2022. Prior to this, they were a Customer Marketing Manager at Deem, Inc. from January 2022 to April 2022.
