Tim Van Lew has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tim is currently the Director of Strategy at Gainsight, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Success Strategy for Gainsight Essentials from February 2022 to January 2023. Before that, they were the Senior Global Client Outcomes Manager at Gainsight from November 2019 to February 2022. During the same period, they also held the position of Senior Services Sales Manager from February 2020 to August 2020. From June 2018 to November 2019, Tim worked as an Enterprise Client Outcomes Manager at Gainsight.

In June 2022, Tim took on the role of Lead Facilitator at Essentials Accelerator by Gainsight.

Prior to their involvement with Gainsight, Tim served as a Guest Lecturer at Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst from April 2016 to November 2019.

Tim's previous experience includes working at Localytics as a Senior Customer Success Manager from May 2017 to June 2018. Tim also held the role of Customer Success Operations & Enablement Manager from January 2017 to November 2017 and Program Manager - Product Enablement from February 2016 to December 2016.

Tim's professional journey started at Oracle, where they worked as a Digital Experience Consultant from June 2015 to February 2016. Before that, they had a range of roles at Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst. Tim served as a Management Department Research Assistant from September 2014 to May 2015 and as the Vice President of the Isenberg Management Association from June 2014 to May 2015.

Earlier in their career, Tim worked as a Promoter and Brand Ambassador at University Primetime from October 2013 to March 2014. Prior to that, they held the position of Foreman at Native Landscapes, Inc. from April 2007 onwards.

Tim Van Lew attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications from Oracle Sales Academy and Sandler Sales Training.
