Julia Twaddle

Julia Twaddle, CFE, has over 19 years of experience in various roles related to fraud detection, program integrity, and investigations. Julia has held positions at Gainwell Technologies as Vice President of Payment Integrity and Sr. Director of FraudCapture Product Manager. Prior to this, they worked at HMS as a Sr. Director of FraudCapture and Director of Program Integrity Solutions. Julia's experience also includes roles at WayPoint Inc as an Investigator/Consultant, UCare as an SIU Investigations Manager, and the State of MN- Human Services as a Senior Investigator. Julia began their career as an Investigator at MN Attorney General- Health Licensing and as a Contract Market Conduct Examiner at MN Department of Commerce.

Julia Twaddle, CFE completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Linguistics from Miami University in 2001. Julia also obtained a mini MBA from the same institution. In 2013, Julia became a Certified Fraud Examiner. Julia also participated in additional education programs such as the CMS Medicaid Integrity Institute and Pricing Strategy at IE Business School. Julia also completed the Leadership Twin Cities program.
