Paul Pearce

Paul Pearce has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, starting as an Account Director at First Health Services in 2000. Paul then worked as a Director Healthcare Management at Magellan Medicaid Administration before moving on to Molina Healthcare as a Director of Care Management. Paul later joined DXC Technology as a Director and subsequently as a Principal Technologist. In 2020, they transitioned to Gainwell Technologies as a Principal Technologist. Throughout their career, they have focused on streamlining operations, digitizing processes, and leveraging data analytics to enhance healthcare management practices.

Paul Pearce completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies at Vanderbilt University from 1982 to 1986. Later, they obtained a Master of Education degree in Human Development Counseling from the same university, graduating in 1992. Pearce also received additional certifications, including being a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor in October of 1992 and 1996, respectively.
