Sophie Yang

Sophie Yang is currently a Population Health Management Consultant at Gainwell Technologies, a position held since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Transform Health, LLC as a Senior Program Associate and Program Associate from September 2022 to October 2024. At UC Berkeley School of Public Health, Sophie served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for the course on social, ethical, and political issues in public health and also held the position of Exam Coordinator within the College of Chemistry. Additional experiences encompass a Telehealth Intern role at Petaluma Health Center, participation as a Human Centered Design Fung Fellow at the UC Berkeley Coleman Fung Institute for Engineering Leadership, and contributions as a Data and Communications Intern at Global Healing, along with a Research Assistant position focused on freshwater ecology. Sophie earned a degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2018 to 2022.
