Troy Breiland

Troy Breiland has extensive experience in healthcare analytics and Medicaid program development. Troy served as an Analytics Principal at Gainwell Technologies, leading engagements for state Medicaid agencies and winning a multimillion-dollar contract. Prior to this, they were a Deputy Account Executive at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they developed innovative solutions for Ohio's Medicaid programs and won an award for innovation. Troy also has experience in revenue cycle management strategy and operations at an unspecified company, as well as leadership roles at Thomas Thomas and Walsh and DECO Recovery Management.

Troy Breiland earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in International Relations from the University of Minnesota in 1986. Troy has also obtained various certifications including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and Academy Accreditation in Generative AI Fundamentals.
