Reno Mongula

Reno Mongula has held a variety of roles in the sales and hospitality industries since 2003. Reno began their career as an Events Coordinator at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in 2003, followed by a Catering Sales Manager role at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in 2005. In 2008, they became a Relationship Manager at American Express, followed by a Senior Relationship Manager role at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) in 2010. From 2011 to 2017, they held the roles of Area Commercial Manager and Global Account Manager at DHL. In 2017, they became VP, Enterprise Sales & Partnership at Ninja Van, followed by a Country Sales Director role at Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services in 2019. In 2021, they held the roles of Head Of Partnerships at Global Excel Management Inc. and Vice President of Sales at wagely. Reno currently holds the role of Vice President of Sales at GajiGesa.

Reno Mongula obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung (NHI) between 1997 and 2001. Reno also has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk., Marriott International, and DHL Express since 2007.
