Ricky Nevariza has worked in various roles since 2014. In 2014, they were a Producer Program at Hard Rock FM and a Talent Management Officer at Citibank. In 2016, they were a Strategic Partnership & Business Development - SEPULSA at Alterra. In 2018, they were a Community Experience Manager - BLOCK71 Jakarta at Salim Group and a Partnership & Community Manager at Urbanhire. In 2019, they were a Community Manager of Southeast Asia (Field Marketing) at MoEngage Inc. In 2021, they were a Lead Event Marketing at Mekari. Currently, they are a Community Manager at GajiGesa.

Ricky Nevariza has a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, Politics & Diplomacy from Universitas Padjadjaran. Ricky also attended a Summer School at Ankara University, where they studied Turkish Language and Culture. Prior to this, Ricky attended SMA N 1 Padang, where they were in the Science Class. In addition, Ricky has obtained a Google for Business certification from Gapura Digital in July 2018.
