Syahrir Gibran

Syahrir Gibran has worked in a variety of roles across a range of companies. In 2021, they began working as a Sr. Risk Analyst Manager and Risk Analyst Manager at GajiGesa. At GajiGesa, they were responsible for creating policies, procedures, and control assessments in response to identifying various risks, as well as developing credit risk assessment methods, including credit scoring tools. Syahrir also participated and oversaw KYB checking and credit risk assessment. From 2019 to 2021, Syahrir Gibran worked as a Credit Manager and Credit Analyst at Zilingo. As Credit Manager, they were responsible for performing concentration and risk-related thresholds monitoring, maintaining the quality of loan proposal documents, and assisting the Regional Manager/Head and Head of Risk to develop Risk Framework, Policies, Recovery SOP, Thresholds and Risk Appetite across the region inline with Fintech business strategy. From 2016 to 2019, Syahrir Gibran worked as a Credit Risk Analyst and Asst. Account Officer at PT. Bank Artha Graha Internasional. In this role, they were responsible for reviewing loan applications, examining loan applicants' credit, highlighting red flags, and evaluating the probability of default on the loan. Syahrir also reviewed financial products or Regulations and assisted the Head of Risk in ensuring the credit policies, processes and guidelines were being complied. In 2015, Syahrir Gibran worked as a Research Assistant at the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI), where they researched biotechnology for deconcentration of heavy metals using a consortium of bacteria. Finally, in 2014, Syahrir Gibran worked as a Research Assistant Internship at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).

Syahrir Gibran attended Universitas Padjadjaran from 2011 to 2015. Syahrir obtained a Certification in Phyton Programming from Pintaar in January 2021, a Risk Management Certification from Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Perbankan in June 2017, Stock Exchange Training from Indonesia Stock Exchange in February 2017, and an Arc-GIS Certification (Esri) from Institut Teknologi Bandung in August 2013.
