Tatiana Theys

Tatiana Theys has extensive work experience in business development and account management roles in the logistics and trading industries. Tatiana started their career in 2003 as a Key Account at Ahlers Bridge N.V., where they handled transport planning and negotiated contracts. Tatiana then joined Maxx Intermodal systems NV as a Key Account Manager, where they focused on multi-modal transport and also generated new business.

In 2006, Tatiana joined Continent Logistics Ltd as a Business Development professional, responsible for establishing new business in the Middle East, Russia, and Central Asian regions. Tatiana set up representation offices and organized multi-modal transport.

In 2013, Tatiana joined C.H. Robinson as a Business Development Manager, working independently to generate new sales revenue and manage key revenue prospects/customers. Tatiana also collaborated with internal teams to identify and solve issues, manage improvement projects, and increase revenue and performance.

From 2016 to 2017, Tatiana worked as a Business Development Manager for Manuchar, a global trading and distribution company, where they engaged in trading activities across various industries.

Following this, Tatiana worked at Van Moer Logistics from 2017 to 2019, first as a Commercial Manager Chemicals and then as a Business Development Manager Chemicals. Their responsibilities included managing business development activities and overseeing logistics operations.

Most recently, Tatiana joined Galactic in 2019 as a Business Development professional. Galactic is a leader in biotechnology and provides solutions in the fields of food safety, nutrition, and green chemistry. Tatiana's role at Galactic involves driving business development efforts for the company.

Tatiana Theys holds a Master's degree in Communication from Ghent University. Additionally, they pursued further education in Mathematics and Economics, earning a Masters' degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU).
