Cory Gentry

Cory Gentry serves as an IT Systems Administrator at Expedient since October 2022, focusing on implementing Zerto VRAs and ESX host installations for virtual machine replication and utilizing SCCM and SCOM for system performance monitoring. Prior experience includes a role as EasyTech Help Desk Supervisor at Staples, where oversight and mentorship were provided to a team of six technicians, alongside training on technical troubleshooting. Additionally, as a Student Help Desk Intern at Parkville High School, Cory offered tier 1 and 2 hardware and software support for over 2000 students and 130 teachers, along with setting up separate LAN environments for application testing. Cory earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Maryland Global Campus between January 2022 and June 2023.
