Henry (Yuanjie) Yu has extensive experience in food and beverage management, currently serving as the Food and Beverage Manager at Galaxy Macau since September 2017, after previously holding the position of Assistant F&B Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Concessions & Catering Manager at Kosch Dining Solutions and Banquet Server at Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center. During time at Michigan State University, Henry held several positions in food service, including Level III Student Supervisor and Traffic Worker, and completed a Level II Concession Management Internship at Kosch. Henry earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University and participated in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program at Tianjin Experimental High School.
