Daniel Staples

Daniel Staples has extensive work experience in various management roles. Daniel currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Galaxy Technologies since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the VP and General Manager at Ellwood Texas Forge Navasota, LLC starting in May 2021.

Before joining Ellwood Texas Forge Navasota, LLC, Daniel worked for Precision Castparts for over a decade, holding multiple positions. Daniel served as the General Manager and also as the Director of Operations and Plant Manager. Daniel started at Precision Castparts as an Operations Manager in December 2011, after working as a Production Supervisor and Management Trainee.

Daniel's career began at Shopko in 2004, where they worked as a Team Lead until January 2009.

Daniel Staples earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2004 and 2008. Furthermore, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University in April 2014.
