Bill Gills

Bill Gills is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly with Galderma since May 2004, where Bill holds the position of Associate Director of Sales for National Accounts in the Drug Channel. Over the years, Bill has led trade sales strategies generating over $110 million in gross sales, and has earned multiple awards, including Associate Director of the Year in 2021. Previous roles at Galderma include Senior National Sales Account Manager, where Bill managed over $40 million in gross shipments, and Regional Sales Account Manager, achieving significant sales growth for various product categories. Bill began a career in sales as a Medical Sales Representative at MES Solutions and also has experience in education as a high school Spanish teacher, recognized for excellence and dedication. Bill holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Dickinson College.
