Kara MacMillan

Kara MacMillan has over 20 years of experience in sales, particularly within the healthcare and aesthetic industries. Currently serving as the Aesthetic Regional Sales Manager for Galderma since September 2015, Kara has held several strategic positions within the company, including Aesthetic Strategic Business Manager and Aesthetic Account Manager. Prior to this, Kara worked at Merial, a Sanofi Company, from June 2006 to September 2015 as a Senior Sales Representative, effectively managing a $3 million sales territory and developing sales teams. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Representative at Merck from May 2002 to June 2006, where Kara managed a two-product portfolio for the Northern Michigan region. Kara holds a degree in Integrated Supply Management from Western Michigan University and also studied briefly at Macquarie University in 2001.
