Marc Laroche is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in managing finance, accounting, and reporting functions for multinational corporations. Currently serving as a Senior Finance, Accounting & Reporting Manager at Galderma since June 2017, Marc oversees a team of 12 and manages multiple corporate entities across four countries, contributing to strategic projects and ensuring compliance with IFRS and Swiss regulations. Prior to Galderma, Marc held various finance leadership roles at Nestlé Nespresso SA, where responsibilities included financial control, process simplification, and the implementation of global financial systems. Marc possesses a strong educational background, holding a cum laude degree in Chartered Accountancy & Tax, alongside additional qualifications in financial governance and leadership development.
