W. David Lee

W. David Lee currently serves as Senior Associate General Counsel at Galderma, overseeing legal counsel for the US Aesthetics, Consumer, and Alastin Skincare businesses since 2015. In this role, W. David Lee drives strategic initiatives, optimizes legal support, and manages high-value transactions and litigation matters. Previously, W. David Lee was Associate General Counsel for North America Aesthetics at Galderma, leading legal efforts during significant product launches and business growth. Prior experience includes various senior legal roles at Alcon, including Head of Global Surgical Patents and R&D Counsel, as well as positions at Jenkens & Gilchrist and Vinson & Elkins. W. David Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law.
