Felix Hohler

Felix Hohler is currently the Head of Corporate Recruiting & Employer Branding at Galenica since May 2022. Before that, they worked as a freelance HR consultant and volunteered at GGG Basel and completed HR mandates, including working with Migros-Gruppe. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Head of Recruiting Center & Member of the Corporate HR Management Team at Manor AG, the largest department store chain in Switzerland. Prior to that, they were the Head of Human Resources & Central Services, Managing Director at elipsLife (Swiss Re), an international life insurance company. Felix also worked as a Director at schilling partners ag - executive search, a top address for executive search. Earlier in their career, they were a Senior Consultant and Consultant at MPB Executive Search and a Business Development Manager at Swiss Life. Felix started their career as a Head of Staffing & Head of Language Department at Interlink and worked as a Tutorial Assistant at the Hispanic Department at the University of Basel.

Felix Hohler completed their Executive MBA in General Management from the University of Applied Sciences, Basel, during the period of 2009-2011. Felix also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in lic.phil. from the University of Basel. Additionally, Felix received a Diploma de Estudios Hispanicos from the Universidad de Salamanca.
