Eglys Vera has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Eglys is currently the Head of Delivery & Client Success at Galileo Financial Technologies. Prior to this, they founded PEAK agility, where they served as a Senior Consultant & Agile Coach. Eglys has also held positions at PADI, Technisys, hispanotech.ca, TD, Scotiabank, Alcoa, AldeaVision, and Oratel Contact Center. Some of their notable roles include Founder, Senior Consultant & Agile Coach at PEAK agility, Head of Technology Delivery & Customer Success North America at Technisys, AVP Delivery Transformation CoE Wealth and Insurance - Executive Agile Coach at TD, and Director Program Management at Scotiabank. Throughout their career, Eglys has demonstrated expertise in delivery management, customer success, agile coaching, program management, and business analysis.

Eglys Vera holds a Master Diploma in Management from HEC Montréal and a degree in Computer Engineering with a specialization in Databases & Information Systems from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
