Cindy Pechal

Cindy Pechal currently serves as the VP, Human Capital Leader at Gallant Capital since October 2023. Previously, Cindy held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Aventiv Technologies from April 2020 to July 2023. As the Founder, CEO, and Principal HR Consultant at Kaleidoscope Partners, Inc. from 2016 to April 2020, Cindy established a solid foundation in HR consulting. Additional experience includes roles as Global Head of HR Business Center of Excellence at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. (2013-2016), National Talent Managing Director in Deloitte Services LP's AERS Advisory Practice (2005-2013), Associate HR Director at Ernst & Young (2001), and HR Director at Grant Thornton (1998-2001). Cindy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Dallas Baptist University.
