Matt Pareti

Matt Pareti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and portfolio management. Currently serving as Principal at Gallant Capital since November 2022, Matt focuses on enhancing financial performance and operational execution across multiple portfolio company assets. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Aventiv Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed procurement and service support, and VP of Portfolio Operations at Platinum Equity. Matt also held positions as VP of Transformation at Verra Mobility, leading post-merger integrations, and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Early in their career, Matt consulted at Accenture and served as a Captain in the US Army, gaining significant leadership and operational experience. Matt holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
