Kimberly Chadwick

Kimberly Chadwick is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Human Resources at Gallery Residential since October 2025, Kimberly has previously held positions as VP of Human Resources at Asset Living from January 2024 to October 2025, and at First Communities Management from March 2019 to April 2024. Kimberly also served as Vice President of Operations at Central Turf & Irrigation Supply from September 2017 to March 2019, and earlier spent over two decades at Site One Landscape Supply LLC, formerly John Deere Landscapes, where Kimberly held the title of VP, Human Resources. Kimberly Chadwick holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from Florida Southern College, with a dual concentration in Marketing and Personnel Management.
