Itzel Vargas

Itzel Vargas has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently holding a position at Compañia de Galletas Pozuelo DCR, S.A. since March 2019. Prior to this, Itzel worked as a Senior Demand Planner at Incogas, where responsibilities included demand planning and resource management under PMI guidelines. From January 2013 to 2017, Itzel was involved in demand planning for Central America and Panama at Bimbo Latincentro, overseeing commercial, supply, and financial planning across multiple production plants and food categories. Itzel holds a Master's degree in Logistics and Operations Management from ENAE Business School and is currently pursuing another Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
