Vikki Skene

Vikki Skene has been working in Human Resources for over thirty years. Vikki started their career with the John Lewis Partnership in 1985, where they worked their way up from Divisional HR Manager to HR Director. In 2000, they left John Lewis to join Northamptonshire Police Force, where they held various roles including resourcing, generalist HR, and Implementation Manager.

In 2006, Skene left Northamptonshire Police to join Construct HR Limited as Director of Leadership Development & HR Services. The following year, they joined Birse Build Limited as HR Director. Vikki held this position until 2013, when they became UK Employee Relations Director at Balfour Beatty plc. In 2015, they were promoted to HR Director at Galliford Try.
