Adriana Sofia Cárdenas Ruiz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and consultancy. As the CEO and Founding Partner of Asyxma since May 2017, Adriana focuses on helping organizations achieve goals through consciousness-based cultural development. Prior experience at Bayer Crop Science spanned over 17 years in various roles, culminating as Head of Country Group for Central America and the Andean Pact.
