Kathie Stoeckle Gautille

Kathie Stoeckle Gautille is a seasoned executive coach and certified coach, holding ACC designation from the International Coaching Federation and certification from Gallup as a Strengths Coach. Since 2011, Kathie has operated KATHIE GAUTILLE LLC, providing personalized coaching to help clients identify their strengths and overcome obstacles in both personal and professional realms. In addition to extensive coaching experience, Kathie has served on various boards, including the Catholic Strengths and Engagement Community, and has instructed at the Professional Christian Coaching Institute. With a strong background in marketing, development, and community leadership, including significant roles at the United States Naval Academy and St. Ann Catholic Parish, Kathie has demonstrated a commitment to fostering engagement and stewardship within both faith-based and community organizations. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Communications from PennWest Clarion, advanced biblical studies certification from the University of Dallas, and certifications in CliftonStrengths coaching and non-profit management.
