Susan Holm

Susan Holm is an experienced career development professional currently serving as the Assistant Director for Career Development at the University of Minnesota Duluth since September 2004. Responsibilities include collaborating with faculty to implement career education initiatives, providing career development for students and community members, and serving as a campus-wide CliftonStrengths expert. In addition, Susan serves as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, providing CliftonStrengths development for various groups. Previous roles include Director of the McNair Scholars Program at the University of Wisconsin-Superior, where Susan secured over $2.9 million in grants and managed the program’s budget, and Coordinator for the First Year Experience Program. Susan holds a Master's degree in Educational Psychology and Counseling from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
