Letitia Williams

Letitia Williams currently serves as the Associate Vice President and Dean of Students at Morgan State University since November 2022. In addition, Letitia is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and a certified coach, speaker, and trainer with The John Maxwell Team since 2017. Previously, Letitia held various roles at the University of the District of Columbia, including Associate Vice President and Dean of Students, and Assistant Vice President for Student Development from January 2018 to November 2022. Letitia's earlier experience includes serving as the Assistant Vice President for Student Support Services at The University of Trinidad and Tobago, and as Assistant Director at the University of Maryland. Letitia holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Educational Policy and Leadership from the University of Maryland College Park, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with First Class Honours in History from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
