Laura Anderton

Laura Anderton serves as the Director of Human Resources and Human Resource Development at the University of South Dakota since August 2013, with extensive experience in leadership development and advising within sorority and fraternity life. Notable achievements include the creation of over 50 unique resources supporting leadership development and risk management, as well as the implementation of successful programs such as The SFL Leadership Retreat and the Emerging Leaders Institute. Laura Anderton is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach since July 2018 and has held previous roles at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the National Student Loan Program, along with a strong educational background, including a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
