Gracesella Natasha

Gracesella Natasha has a background in psychology and has worked in various HR roles in different companies, including startups and a large property developer. In their current role at Galva Group, Gracesella holds the title of HR System and Development Officer, responsible for developing and implementing HR solutions and programs. Prior to this, Gracesella worked as a People Partner at CrediBook, focusing on aligning business objectives, managing HR policies, and recruitment. Gracesella also has experience in human resources at NusaTalent and as a Learning and Development intern at Agung Sedayu Group. Their academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
