Nicole Systrom

Nicole Systrom has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Nicole has served as the Chief Impact Officer at Galvanize Climate Solutions LLC since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Member of the Board of Directors at Activate starting from 2019. From 2015 to 2019, they held positions as a Member of the Board of Directors and Director of Philanthropic Partnerships at Prime Coalition.

Before their time at Prime Coalition, Nicole founded Sutro Energy Group in 2014 and served as its Founder until 2021. Additionally, they worked as the VP for Development and Strategic Projects at Cyclotron Road & Activation Energy from 2015 to 2019.

Nicole started their professional career at The Pacific Forest Trust in 2007, where they held roles as a Development Associate and later as a Development Manager: Foundation Giving. Nicole was also involved in academic research at Stanford Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy and Finance, where they worked as a Project Manager from 2013 to 2015.

Later, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued an MBA/MS E-IPER degree in Business and Environment/Resources Management at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
