Ben Wearing

Ben Wearing has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles within the military equipment industry. Ben most recently served as the Vice President of Sales at Galvion, starting in May 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Sales Director at Galvion from November 2019 to May 2020. Before joining Galvion, Ben held various positions at Revision Military, including Director of Commercial Sales from January 2014 to November 2019 and Director of Business Development from September 2011 to January 2014. Ben also worked as an Account Manager at Revision Military from November 2008 to September 2011. Additionally, Ben has experience as the Canadian Sales Manager at Mission Itech from 2007 to 2008 and as an Account Executive at Revision Eyewear from November 2005 to 2008. Ben started their career at Revision Eyewear as a Sales Coordinator from November 2003 to 2005.

Ben Wearing completed their MBA degree in 2011 from Concordia - John Molson School of Business. Prior to that, they attended McGill University from 1998 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Relations with a focus on Economics, Sociology, Management, and Law.
