James Hsiao

James Hsiao has worked in various roles since 2011. James began their career as an IT intern at GKN Sinter Metals in 2011. In 2013, they worked as a Network Administrator at Oakland University and a Technical Consultant at PITSS America LLC. In 2014, they worked as a QA Engineer at Symantec and a Security Research Analyst at Merit Network. In 2015, they worked as a Security Engineer, Senior Software Engineer in Test, and Software Engineer in Test at Acquia. In 2019, they worked as a Software Engineer at HubSpot. In 2020, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Merit Network. In 2021, they worked as a Technical Product Manager at Strata Oncology. James is currently working as a Project Manager at Gambyt since 2023.

James Hsiao obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Technology from Oakland University between 2010 and 2013. In March 2014, they also obtained a CPTE certification from Mile2.
