Brooke Betts

Brooke Betts has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. Brooke worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Louisville, where they assisted head coaches in building skills of players, guiding recruits, and ensuring compliance. During their time there, they also improved strategy by creating Excel workbooks, analyzed player statistics and video, and reported live in-game statistics. Brooke then joined Aqua-Tots Swim Schools, where they initially worked as Front Desk Staff before being promoted to General Manager. As the General Manager, they effectively managed schedules for swim lessons, exceeded revenue goals, and successfully handled a budget allocation. Brooke also played a crucial role in driving the digital marketing efforts of the company by increasing social media followers and creating impactful posts. Afterwards, they joined Amelia Aesthetics as a Front Of House Coordinator, where they played an instrumental role in increasing brand awareness and new patient leads. Brooke coordinated events, tracked sales, managed employee schedules, and maintained electronic medical records. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Manager, Professional Sports at Game Plan since 2023.

Brooke Betts pursued their education chronologically starting from 2013. Brooke first attended the University of Louisville from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Following this, they enrolled at Xavier University from 2015 to 2017, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing. Lastly, from 2017 to 2019, Brooke attended the University of Louisville once again to obtain a Master's Degree in Sports Administration (MA) within the field of study.
