Joseph Kudela has over seven years of professional experience. In 2021, they began working as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter for Game Seven Staffing LLC. In 2020, they worked as an HR & Administrative Consultant for Addison Group. In 2019, they were a LAE New Hire Team Lead at Total Quality Logistics, where they coordinated strategies to improve new hire classes, developed a culture of teamwork and trust, and tracked progress of each new hire. In 2018, they worked as a Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics, where they were responsible for coordinating all logistics needs for domestic and international companies and made an average of 100+ calls a day. In 2017, they were a Masters / Adjunct Professor at The University of Findlay, where they developed and implemented undergraduate curriculum, orchestrated lesson plans, and held weekly staff meetings. Also in 2017, they were a Human Resources & Marketing Intern at Keller Logistics Group, where they assisted in the development of training videos for the HR department, coordinated interpersonal marketing campaigns, and developed, wrote, and edited all training and promotional videos. Lastly, from 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Sports Columnist for Crescent Newspaper.

Joseph Kudela received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies from Defiance College in 2017, after attending from 2013-2017. Joseph then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies at The University of Findlay, which they completed in 2019.
