Flávio Pontes has a diverse work experience within the technology and gaming industry. Flávio started their career with an internship at Companhia Brasileira de Trens Urbanos - CBTU in 2005. From there, they worked as a Software Developer at Telenet Tecnologia e Serviços Ltda and later as a Software Engineer at iSET Internet Soluções e Tecnologia.

In 2016, Flávio joined Overpower Studios as a Lead Developer before moving on to become the Chief Technology Officer at VOID Studios in 2017. At VOID Studios, they developed the game Eternity, working on artificial intelligence and updates to the core mechanics using Unreal Engine and C++.

In 2017, Flávio also took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Gamecan, a position they still hold. More recently, they have become a Co-Founder of CyphrSpace Oy in 2021, demonstrating their entrepreneurial spirit.

Flávio Pontes attended Sistema Piaget de Ensino from 1995 to 2002 where they completed their Middle School education. Flávio then went to Cotemig from 2003 to 2006, where they pursued a Technical degree in Information System, specializing in Computer Software Engineering. Later, from 2016 to 2018, Flávio attended SAGA - School of Art, Game and Animation, focusing on Game Design and Interactive Media Design.
