Before that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Welspun Energy Pvt. Ltd / Welspun Energy Japan KK. Anirudha's career began with a successful summer internship at Holcim-ACC, where they worked on market research and devised a marketing plan for the company. Overall, Anirudha has a strong background in sales, business development, and project management in the renewable energy sector.

Anirudha Sharma pursued their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Maharashtra Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they obtained a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Lancaster University during the period of 2009 to 2011.
