Phuong Uyen Nguyen

Phuong Uyen Nguyen is a Computer Science student at the University of California, Santa Cruz, with extensive experience in web and game development. Currently serving as a Student Web Developer at UCSC University Library, Phuong Uyen is responsible for designing and creating web content using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additionally, involvement in Gameheads as a Game Programmer includes contributions to the development of the 2D side-scrolling stealth game Camino and the dialogue-based platformer Don't Walk Alone. Previous roles include an Explore Intern at Microsoft, a Programming Intern at LEEPS Experimental Lab, and a Software Engineer Intern at LaunchDarkly, where improvements were made in UX/UI and code translation. Early experience as a Software Engineer at Code Nation rounds out a diverse skill set in software development.
