Esma C. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They started their career as an intern at Procter & Gamble in 2016, where they worked as an L&D and Talent Supply Intern.

After that, Esma joined Nestlé as a Marketing Trainee in 2017, where they gained experience in campaign management, market analysis, and supporting sales teams. They then transitioned to the role of Assistant Key Account Manager in the Migros Account, where they successfully managed and developed relationships, analyzed sales volumes, and executed promotional initiatives.

In 2018, Esma worked as a Community Representative for Open Source Platform Project at the T.C. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı | Republic Of Turkey Ministry of Industry and Technology. They then co-founded Project Greta in 2019 before joining Omnisight as a Business Development Lead.

In 2020, Esma joined Global AI Hub as a Growth & Strategy Lead, where they played a key role in the company's growth and strategy initiatives. They then moved on to Yolcu360 in 2021, initially as a CEO Office Executive exploring the Future of Mobility and later as a Europe Expansion Manager.

Most recently, Esma joined 10million.AI in 2021 as a Contributor, and in 2023, they became the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Gamer Arena.

Throughout their career, Esma has demonstrated their ability to take on different roles and responsibilities, showcasing their adaptability and proficiency in strategy, business development, marketing, and project management.

Esma C. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in İşletme ve Yönetim, Genel (General Management) from Boğaziçi University, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they obtained three certifications in October 2021 from the Global AI Hub. The certifications include "Business Value Creation in Banking," "Herkes için Hiperotomasyon" (Hyperautomation for Everyone), and "Introduction to AI, Robotics and Data."
