Rafael Kupper

Rafael Kupper is an experienced engineering manager and software engineer with a career spanning over 15 years in various leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Pismo since January 2024, Rafael previously held managerial positions at Pier Seguradora and Facily, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams and designing scalable microservices. Prior experience includes significant contributions as Head of Engineering at ProBrain, where Rafael oversaw product development and a machine learning application. Additional roles include software engineering positions at IBM and Locaweb, focusing on backend integrations and customer support. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Technology in Big Data and A.I. from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM.
