Justin Filippi has worked for a variety of companies since 2010. Justin began their career at Certified Dealers Process, where they held the role of Marketing, Sales, Dealer Training & Technical Support. During this time, they were instrumental in driving dealership development and accelerating company profits by 10%. In 2017, they took on a contract role as a BI Development at F&I Administration Solutions, now StoneEagle F&I. Justin then moved to Orlando Infiniti in 2018, where they were a Sales Associate and collaborated with the used car management team on testing a new pilot program. Later that year, they worked as a Sales Manager/Sales Associate at Reed Nissan, where they oversaw day-to-day sales floor operations and directed a team ranging from 5 to 31 Sales Consultants. In 2020, they became a Business Analyst at Innventure, and in 2021 they worked as a Recruiter/Account Manager at Gamesmith and an Enrollment Counselor at Full Sail University. Currently, Justin Filippi is employed as an Automotive Claims Adjuster at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Justin Filippi graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a field of study in Integrated Business. Justin also obtained several certifications from Lynda.com, including Business Etiquette: Phone, Email, and Text, Effective Listening, Excel 2010 Essential Training, Excel Statistics Essential Training: 1, Learning Salesforce, SEO: Ecommerce, Social Selling with Salesforce, Managing Your Sales Process, and Building Creative Organizations between November 2017 and March 2017.
