Milena Dolenc (Dulanovic)

Milena (Dulanovic) Dolenc has a diverse work experience ranging from roles in human resources to psychology. From 2018 to the present, they have worked at Outfit7, starting as a Senior HR Director before being promoted to VP of Human Resources. Milena also briefly worked as the General Manager & VP of Human Resources at Ekipa2 d.o.o. In 2020, they took maternity leave before returning to their role as VP of Human Resources. Prior to Outfit7, Milena worked as an HR Manager at Nordeus from 2013 to 2018. Their earlier experience includes working as a psychologist at the Center for Social Work from 2010 to 2013.

Milena (Dulanovic) Dolenc has a diverse education history in the field of human resources and psychology. Their education journey began in 2001 when they attended Gimnazija Čačak, where they completed their high school education.

Following their high school education, Milena went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Filozofski fakultet Beograd. Milena studied at this institution from 2005 to 2010, successfully earning their Bachelor's degree.

Milena continued their academic journey and enrolled in the same institution, Filozofski fakultet Beograd, to pursue a Master's degree in Experimental Psychology. Milena completed their Master's degree program from 2010 to 2012.

In 2011, Milena decided to further their knowledge in the field of psychology and attended the Primary Training Course Certificate in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) at the REBT Affiliated Training Center of Albert Ellis Institute - Belgrade.

The next year, in 2012, Milena continued their training in REBT psychotherapy and completed the Advanced Training Course Certificate in REBT at the same center.

Milena's interest in REBT psychotherapy continued, and they pursued further education at the REBT Affiliated Training Center of Albert Ellis Institute - Belgrade from 2013 to 2015. During this period, they received education for RE&CBT psychotherapy.

In 2017, Milena attended the London Business School, although no specific degree name was provided. It is assumed that they participated in a program related to Human Resources Development.

Most recently, in 2019, Milena enrolled in the HR Analytics for HR Business Partners program at AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR. Milena completed this program in 2020, earning a degree in Human Resources Management and Services.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Milena has also obtained certifications in HR Analytics for HR Business Partners from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in July 2020 and in Talent Management from LinkedIn in January 2018.
